PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for storing bait for goldfish or the like, more specifically, a packaging bag capable of taking out the bait of a predetermined quantity without staining fingers or the like, and a stored stuff measuring method using the packaging bag. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag, peripheral portions of a plurality of film pieces are sealed to constitute a storage portion inside. The packaging bag comprises a measuring unit partitioned from the storage portion by an openable/closable closing portion provided in a vicinity of a portion forming an opening part when taking out the stored stuff, and a bulkhead having at least one through hole between the closing portion and the storage portion. In the storage measuring method, the packaging bag is inclined downwardly while the closing portion is closed, the stored stuff of the predetermined quantity in the storage portion is moved to the measuring unit through the through hole, the through hole is closed by folding the packaging bag at the position of the storage portion of the bulkhead or pressing the packaging bag at the position of the bulkhead, and the stored stuff moved to the measuring unit is separated from the storage portion and measured.
