PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of a quality feeling of an instrument panel. SOLUTION: An article storing body 32 of a glove box 30 is supported so as to be turnable by a support body 60 disposed so as to be liftable inside a panel base material 12 in the instrument panel 10 by a hinge member 64. The support body 60 is connected to a fluid actuator 62 capable of at least lifting up the support body 60. Thus, when the support body 60 is lifted up in the energizing operation of the fluid actuator 62 when the attitude of the article storing body 32 is shifted to a closed state of being stored in the instrument panel 10, the glove box 30 is brought into a perfectly closed state at a slightly raised position from the closed state.
