PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the excessive deformation of a fin during the fin shuts without the increase of a cost in a registor of a fin-shut structure. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 4 which is formed in a recess 41 formed in a part corresponding to the oscillation locus of a horizontal fin 2 and a space without the oscillation locus of the fin, having a projection 40 and in the vicinity of the back side of the horizontal fin 2 is provided. Even when the horizontal fin 2 is pressed from a face side during the fin shuts, the back side thereof is abutted on the projection 40, and the excessive deformation of the horizontal fin 2 can be prevented. In addition, the horizontal fin 2 is not interfered with the reinforcing member 4 when the horizontal fin 2 is oscillated due to the presence of the recess 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
