PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a double ring 8 on the fitting 5 side so that an end part 8b of the double ring does not turn to the outside. SOLUTION: The double ring is formed double in the annular shape to connect a rubber plug part and a ball-chain part. In the double ring, the distance between end parts is set nearly equal to the outline dimensions of the fitting mounted on the rubber plug, and the outline dimensions of a double part of the double ring is set larger than the diameter of a through-hole formed in the fitting. Since the end part 8b of the double ring 8 is held on the fitting 5 side in this way so that the end part 8b does not turn to the outside, the end part 8b of the double ring 8 does not move to a position where the end part can be touched by fingers.
