The roller bearing has first and second bearing rings (1,3) and several sets of roller bodies (5) rolling between the rings, whereby at least one ring consists of at least three segments (2,4) in the peripheral direction. The second bearing ring has an attachment flange (13) for attaching the second bearing ring to the second machine part (8). An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a wind power plant with several roller bearings.
