LOW VOLTAGE BANDGAP REFERENCE GENERATOR CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A low voltage bandgap reference generator circuit is provided to simplify a structure by generating the reference current regardless of temperature without using an existing a voltage-current converter. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage bandgap reference generator circuit includes a starting circuit and a bandgap reference generator. The starting circuit(100) is used for interrupting an operation of a bandgap reference generator circuit until a predetermined supply voltage and maintaining and outputting plural bias voltages when an initial supply voltage is applied to the bandgap reference generator circuit. The bandgap reference generator(200) includes a current mirror circuit, a plurality of bipolar transistors, a first resistor, and a second resistor to generate the reference current. The current mirror circuit is formed with a plurality of MOS transistors. The bipolar transistors are connected to the MOS transistors of the current mirror. The first and the second resistors are connected to the bipolar transistors and the MOS transistors.
