<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy openable paper-made cylindrical container, simplified in the production process. <P>SOLUTION: In the cylindrical container 50, a lid member 30 having a spigot 35, a bottom member 20 having no spigot are bonded by heat-fusion at the upper and lower opening ends of a cylindrical barrel member 10 formed of a composite sheet with paper as a base material. A tab member 40 which covers a substantially entire surface of the lid member with a circumferential edge of the spigot 35 heat-bonded thereto and having a knob part 41 on the circumferential edge is provided on a surface of the lid member 30.
