<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial inter-vertebral disc which can be replaced without excising a part of upper and lower vertebral bodies. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial inter vertebral disc is provided with a vertebral body connecting member 2 which abuts the vertebral body positioning on upper side of a prosthetic area, with a vertebral body connecting member 2 which abuts the vertebral body positioning on lower side of the prosthetic area, and detachably with a replaceable member 3 to be replaced between the couple of vertebral body connecting members 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
