<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device with which a uniform cooking condition can be obtained while reducing consumption of heating energy and water and simultaneously air bubbles can be jetted out against foodstuffs without boiling up hot water in a hot water tank. <P>SOLUTION: This cooking device is equipped with a hot water tank 5 which can accept a prescribed volume of water and frozen noodle R can be thrown in, a burner 6 and a heater pipe 7 placed at the bottom face side in the hot water tank 5 to heat water inside the hot water tank 5, a control means to control the burner 6 to keep the hot water in the hot water tank 5 at temperature just before boiling, and an air jetting means (jetting pipe 14, guiding pipe 15, etc.) to jet out heated air toward a position in the hot water tank 5 where frozen noodle R is to be thrown in. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
