<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid-amplifying method for consistently, simply and rapidly carrying out processes from purification of a nucleic acid to amplification thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid-amplifying method comprises absorbing a nucleic acid to a nucleic acid-binding solid phase material other than a nonwoven fabric and amplifying the nucleic acid by a LAMP method using the absorbed nucleic acid as a template. A nucleic acid-binding filter, nucleic acid-binding particles are used as the nucleic acid binding solid phase material.
