PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge exhausted hydrogen from a battery and to prevent the entering of air from the outside of a cabin to the inside of the cabin when discharging exhausted hydrogen. SOLUTION: A battery case 4 with a built-in battery for driving is provided in a trunk room 2. The battery case 4 and an inlet port 5 opened at the inside 1 of the cabin are connected by an intake duct 9. The battery case 4 and an exhaust port 7 opened at the outside 3 of a vehicle are connected by an exhaust duct 6. The exhaust duct 6 is provided with a fan 8. An auxiliary machinery battery storing chamber 14 is provided in the trunk room 2. An auxiliary machinery battery 10 is provided in the auxiliary machinery battery storing chamber 14. A hydrogen sensor 11 is provided in the vicinity of the auxiliary machinery battery 10. The auxiliary machinery battery storing chamber 14 and the exhaust duct 6 are connected by a connecting duct 12. In a connecting part of the exhaust duct 6 and the connecting duct 12, a selector valve 13 is provided. When an exhausted hydrogen concentration is higher than a prescribed value, a suction part by the selector valve 13 is switched to the auxiliary machinery battery 10 by a battery controller.
