WOODY SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDING AND ITS MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody synthetic resin molding which is light in weight, excels in mechanical strength and workability. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin and plant cellulosic powder are mixed at a weight ratio of 5 to 90/95 to 10. A resin composition added with a foaming agent is injection molded using a molding die having a core body, to produce a resin molding of a double structure which has the outer layer having a thickness of not less than 1 mm and an expansion ratio of 1.0 to 1.1 and the inner layer surrounded by the outer layer and having an expansion ratio of 1.2 to 2.5.
