PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a blow molded object having internal foam showing excellent strength and heat insulating properties. SOLUTION: The blow molded object having internal foam is manufactured as follows. That is, an intermediate frame 40 is disposed between one mold 21 and the other mold 31 both of which are opened, one plasticized sheetlike parison is disposed in the gap part between the cavity 21a and heating surface 41a of the mold 21, the other plasticized sheetlike parison 30 is disposed between the cavity 31a and heating surface 41b of the mold 31, and the part becoming one wall of a hollow body and the part becoming the other wall thereof are subjected to vaccum forming. Subsequently, foam is disposed between the part which becomes one wall and the part which becomes the other wall after the intermediate frame 40 is removed, both sheetlike parisons 20 and 30 are pinched off by clamping the molds 21 and 31, an intermediate of the blow molded object is formed by welding the inner wall surface of the hollow body and the outer surface of the foam.
