PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency power amplifier, in which even if the transmitter output is different, the shared architecture with a common device and common matching circuit is realized, in a power amplifier installed in a transmitter that needs various antenna outputs. SOLUTION: A power supply voltage of the power amplifier is changed to optimize the power amplifier, corresponding to transmitting output electric power of the various transmitter. An impedance adjusting means automatically compensates for the resulting variations in the impedance, thus realizing shared use of the power amplifier and high efficiency.
