PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera-equipped cell phone device, capable of easily recognizing what conditions are established at present as well as of changing shooting conditions, such as changes in the focal lengths or the like. SOLUTION: In a folding cell phone device 10, a lens of a camera mechanism is arranged on a surface of a first housing 11. In a second housing 12, an extension lens 30 is arranged that changes the focal lengths of the lens into a position facing the lens to change the lens into a close-up one.
