PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition slight in corrosive effect on tableware, capable of preventing from developing scales, low in environmental burden, and excellent in cleansing power, foaming-proofness, restaining proofness and long-term storage stability. SOLUTION: The cleanser composition comprises (A) one or more inorganic alkali metal salt selected from the group consisting of alkali metal carbonate, alkali metal bicarbonate, alkali metal silicate and alkali metal sulfate, (B) a nonionic surfactant of formula(1):R<SP>1</SP>O-(EO)<SB>m</SB>(AO)<SB>n</SB>-R<SP>2</SP>being 20-60°C in the cloud point of the 1 mass% aqueous solution thereof, and (C) an aminocarboxylic acid compound( salt thereof ) of formula(2) or (3). In the formulae (1), (2) and (3), R<SP>1</SP>is an 8-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>is H or methyl; EO is an oxyethylene group; AO is an oxypropylene group or the like; m and n are each an integer of≥1; X is H, a 1-4C alkyl or the like; R<SP>5</SP>is a 2-4C alkylene group; and M is H, Na or the like.
