PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for obtaining an ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panel which has excellent designing properties, waterproof capacity, and durability. SOLUTION: In the method of producing a lightweight cellular concrete panel whose surface is coated with facing, the surface of an ALC panel 1 is coated with two or more layers of mortar compositions having different colors, thereafter, at least one or more layers of the mortar compositions are subjected to surface working by physical means such as an air current, a water jet, pressing, carving, and scratching in a semi-hardened state in a compressive strength of 0.2 to 10 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>.
