PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compression-forming a soil sample, in which uniform compression is possible in a simple method and a press machine can be small-sized and lightweight and the cost is reduced, and to provide its pressing machine. SOLUTION: The soil sample 3 filled into a cylindrical designated vessel 1 and weighed, is pressurized and compressed as the uniform compressed soil sample by utilizing a small and light weight marketed press-mechanism having a portable function, and simultaneously pressurize-forming the both surfaces from both opening portions in the vessel.
