Present invention provide a type of semiconductor storage device which has a function of network connection, the device include: semiconductor storage medium module (51) for storing data; controller module (52) being connected with the semiconductor storage medium module (51); interface module (53) containing at least two interfaces and being connected with the controller module (52); wherein, interface module (53) with at least two interfaces connects to at least two different external data processing systems, under the control of the controller module (52), different external data processing system exchange data with the semiconductor storage medium module (51) through the interface connected thereto, such that the semiconductor storage device executes data access operation. The present invention implements network connection and data exchanging between the different data processing systems by combining the storage technology with the network communication technology and by connecting different data processing systems using various interfaces in said semiconductor storage device of the present invention.
