TIME-OUT INDICATOR FOR PNEUMATIC STRAPPER WITH TIME CONTROL INDICATOR FOR PNEUMATIC CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A time-out indicator for a pneumatic strapper is provided to remove an existing problem that a time control circuit does not directly display that a process is finished by a time control indicator for a pneumatic circuit of a pneumatic strapping tool having a display unit movably connected to a hydraulic circuit and directly operated to show states of a cycle and a welding cycle. CONSTITUTION: A time-out indicator is applied for a strapping tool(10) for binding and pulling luggage and cutting a supply unit of a strap after attaching the strap on the strap. The strapping tool is composed of a cylinder housing(24); a piston disposed in a cylinder of the cylinder housing; a pneumatic weld motor(22) connected to the piston and operated; and a welding element connected to the piston for contacting the strap to the strap and attaching the strap and operated to vibrate. A pneumatic module(26) is mounted in the cylinder housing to supply compressed gas to the cylinder housing and the pneumatic weld motor. The time-out indicator has a sleeve inserted and fitted into a hole of the module. The sleeve limits a central long hole. The indicator is installed bias in the sleeve and contacted to the piston. The indicator reciprocates between a retreat position and a projective position and displays one cycle of the strapping tool as an in-cycle state that the cylinder pushes and contacts the welding element to the strap by pressurizing the piston and a timed-out state that the piston is not pressurized.
