PURPOSE: A method of making pilaff by cooking steamed rice with various subsidiary materials such as butter pasta, chicken nugget, chicken soup or like is provided. The product is rich in nutrients while having a good taste. CONSTITUTION: The pilaff is prepared by the following process consisting of: washing polished rice to remove starch and foreign material from the surface of polished rice; melting butter in a pan; roasting pasta in the pan in which butter is melted; and putting rice, roasted pasta, chicken nugget and chicken soup into a kettle and then cooking with a suitable amount of water. |
