METHOD FOR SUPPLYING TRANSMISSION SECTION OF REVERSE MESSAGE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for supplying a transmission section of a reverse message in a mobile communication system is provided to distribute a back-off time in consideration of a capacity of a random access channel and the number of terminals, thereby preventing an interference caused when the plural terminals simultaneously transmit a predetermined reverse message through the random access channel. CONSTITUTION: A system calculates RACH(Random Access Channel)_RESOURCE_ASC(Access Service Class) values for each ASC(800). The system applies weight to the calculated RACH_RESOURCE_ASC values to add up the values, and calculates a PRACH_RESOURCE value(802). The system calculates an NO(Number)_UE(User Equipment)_X_Y_CONNECTED value and an NO_UE_X_Y_IDLE value(804,806). The system adds up the calculated NO_UE_X_Y_CONNECTED/NO_UE_X_Y_IDLE values, and calculates an NO_UE_X_Y value(808). The system finally calculates a BOW(Back Off Window)_X_Y value(810).
