APPARATUS FOR EFFICIENTLY REMOVING WELDING BURR IN ASSEMBLING AND WELDING WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES WITHOUT ACCIDENT

PURPOSE: A burr removing apparatus in welding window and door frames is provided to improve working efficiency, and to prevent the accident by easily removing welding burr from the window and door frames. CONSTITUTION: A burr removing apparatus in welding window and door frames is composed of an outer case(1) having a cutter(11) in the outer surface of the end, a driving motor(5) contained in the outer case, an end mill(7) installed to a rotor of the driving motor and rotated axially in operating the driving motor, and two cutter blades(9a,9b) extended in the end of the end mill and bent and crossed over each other. A burr chip discharge port is formed in the outer surface of the outer case to discharge burr chips in removing welding burr. An annular stopper(13) is longitudinally moved along the thread of the outer case to limit the insertion length of the end mill toward the window and door frames.
