PURPOSE: A cap with a plurality of rotatable ventilation holes is provided to enable the plurality of ventilation holes to be opened and closed concurrently on the whole cover of a cap; to prevent a leak of rain when it rains even if not ventilate; and to be prepared in various shapes, in a fashion to harmonize the inside and outside cover colors of the cap, and in a new functional technology. CONSTITUTION: The cap with a plurality of rotatable ventilation holes comprises a cap cover(60,70) formed doubly; a rotation portion(10) in the middle of the upper end of the cover; a plurality of removable or attachable portions(30) around the lower end; and a plurality of ventilation holes(50) in the inside and outside of the double cover to be opened and closed as the external cover(60) is rotates. The external cover(60) has no window but the internal cover(70) has a window; the rotation portion(10) forms a fixture; and the removable and attachable portion(30) has a plurality of buttons.
