PURPOSE: An apparatus for micro arrangement of a DNA sample is provided, thereby reducing the costs for production of DNA chips by employing a cheap drawing pen as a pin for micro arrangement. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for micro arrangement of a DNA sample comprises the parts of: a spotting device(2) comprising numerous drawing pens(24) which is vertically movable in a fixing frame(22) by having a second magnetic material(29) in its end; a ballistic portion(4) comprising a first magnetic material(44) corresponding to the first magnetic material(29), a magnet support(42) on the fixing frame(22) and a fixing screw(46); and a fixing portion(6) on the magnet support(42) comprising a supporting pad(62) covering the first magnetic material(44), and a supporting plate(64) with numerous assembly screws(66) to cover the supporting pad(62), wherein the drawing pen(24) spots the DNA sample on the slide glass with constant power by using repulsive power between the first magnetic material(44) and the second magnetic material(29).
