摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a frequency synthesizer by using a ceramic substrate and a frequency synthesizer by using the same are provided to implement the frequency synthesizer having an excellent resonance characteristics of voltage controlled oscillator(VCO). CONSTITUTION: A frequency synthesizer by using a ceramic substrate includes a ceramic printed circuit board(PCB)(42), a resonance micro strip line(40), a plurality of circuit elements and a plurality of printed resistors(R1,R2,R3,R4). The ceramic PCB(42) is made of an alumina ceramic material. The resonance micro strip line(40) changes the electrical circuit element values of the frequency synthesizer resonance part into a physical size to implement the micro strip line(40) by using a parameter including a height and a non-dielectric constant of the ceramic PCB(40). The plurality of circuit elements is mounted on the ceramic PCB(40). And, the plurality of printed resistors(R1,R2,R3,R4) is controlled within a predetermined tolerance through a real-time interface by using a resistance measurement instrument and a laser device.
