PURPOSE: A power control method of an electronic apparatus is provided to extract a time zone having a high frequency of applying a power on command, based on usage records of a user, and to operate an electronic apparatus in a wakeup mode in the extracted time zone, thereby improving a response to the power on command. CONSTITUTION: A system detects usage records of a user on a daily basis(S502). An electronic apparatus detects a time when a power on command on a daily basis is applied. The system accumulates the detected usage records on a monthly basis(S504). The system obtains an average of the accumulated usage records on the monthly basis(S506). The system selects a time zone having a high frequency of applying the power on command from the averaged usage records used on the monthly basis(S508). If the extracted time zone comes, the electronic apparatus operates in a wakeup mode(S510).
