A one-piece clip or web end (10) to join the cord ends (40, 42) of a lanyard (70) is disclosed. The clip (10) folds together and snap fits onto the cord ends (40, 42) to secure the ends together. The clip (10) includes numerous pins (26) extending outwardly from the inside (14) of the clip body that mate with numerous pin pockets (28) formed in the inside (14) of the clip body to secure the cord ends together. The clip further includes mating locking tabs (46, 48), and stabilizing ribs and recesses (22, 24) to facilitate the easy snap fit of the clip onto the cord ends (40, 42) of the lanyard without the use of special tools. <IMAGE> |
