An evaporative heat exchanger (110) of a medium condenser of an air condition system with less cooling fins even without cooling fins with a novel coil assembly composed of a plurality of streamline cross sectional tubes (122) used to instead of conventional round tubes provide an ultra high evaporative efficiency thereby having the further improvement of easy to clean and convenient for maintenance.
