Binding and ski with binding

A front (V) and heel (F) jaw are spaced apart on the ski's upper surface (6). The heel-jaw is movable along the ski's length direction and is connected to the front jaw by means of a longitudinally stable coupling element (K). A ski-binding plate (P1,P2 mounted on the ski's upper side beneath the front and heel jaw. The binding plate of the heel jaw has a lengthwsise guide track of the heel jaw. The coupling element connects the heel jaw to the front jaw's binding plate.
