<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly grasp a production state by installing a computer for control, which receives a work time, a loss time, and a determination signal output from a control means, analyzing the production circumstance, and displaying the same. SOLUTION: A computer 34 for control, receives the time, the signal information, and the information on a target operation time and a target tact time, and stores the same in a data memory as a signal information table and a target value table. A data processing part prepares a time chart for each operator, an actual value for each operation, and a warning display data, on the basis of the signal information table and the target value table. A production manager grasps a production stage in real time by checking the rear value table, and is known the consistency of the line balance in the process, by checking the time chart for each operator.</p> |
