<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dust and harmful gas in the air by a method wherein a first washer medium to an air inlet of a water spraying chamber, a second washer medium in the water spraying chamber, and a third washer medium are respectively provided to an air outlet of the water spraying chamber, and nozzle spraying water is provided in a reversal direction to an air flow. SOLUTION: When circulating water is sprayed from a nozzle 10 to an air flow flowing into an air washer part 12C of a water spraying chamber 12 from an air inlet 12a through a washer medium 13, the spraying water collides against dust and harmful gas in the air to catch the dust and the harmful gas in the air. Spraying water which does not collide against the washer medium 13 is caught with a washer medium 14 being followed by the dust and the harmful gas in the air. The air flow passed through the washer medium 14 flows into an air washer part 12d of the water spraying chamber 12. When clean water is sprayed to the air flow from a nozzle 17, the spraying water collides against the dust and the harmful gas which remain in the air, and the spraying water followed by the dust and the harmful gas is caught with a washer medium 15.</p> |
