PURPOSE: A hyssop beverage containing hyssop juice having effects of reducing hangover and constipation is provided. About 0.1 to 15ml hyssop juice is added to water or a conventional beverage to make a hyssop beverage. CONSTITUTION: Stems and leaves of raw hyssop are compressed to give hyssop juice. About 0.1 to 0.15ml hyssop juice is added to a solution of water or a beverage to make a hyssop beverage. For an example, 5ml hyssop juice is mixed with 5ml orange juice to produce a hyssop beverage.
