PURPOSE: Provided is an air cleaner using plasma which purifies and deodorizes contaminated air by decomposing organic matter. CONSTITUTION: The air cleaner comprises a discharge electrode (101) with a fixed length where a high voltage is applied, a collecting electrode (102), where high voltage is applied, installed to be kept a fixed length with the discharge electrode, a photocatalyst coating net (103) installed between the discharge electrode and the collecting electrode and decomposing organic matter in the air by plasma generated between the discharge electrode and the collecting electrode for deodorization and a catalyst (104) installed in the rear of the photocatalyst coating net to remove the residual odor.
