HPV-E6-specific siRNAs for the treatment of HPV-related tumors

<p>Provided is the use of a nucleic acid containing a sequence specific to the HPV18- or HPV16 E7 gene to prepare siRNA which induces apoptosis in HPV-infected cells. The prepared siRNA can be used as a medicament for the treatment of HPV-related tumors.</p>
