A medium stored in a tank (6) is circulated by a pump (7) through a heat exchanger element (17). The tank is provided with a heat source and heat sink (9) for controlling the temperature of the medium. The pump (7) and/or the heat source and sink are connected to a control device (10) for regulating the flow of medium through the heat exchanger and/or for regulating the temperature of the medium, so that the temperature of the medium can be adjusted.
