PURPOSE: Provided is a device for removing volatile organic compounds which is to rapidly remove harmful volatile organic compounds and dusts. CONSTITUTION: The device (100) comprises a case (110) discharging air inhaled through an inlet (111) formed on one side thereof through the other side thereof and having an electric heat plate (113), an air filter (140), a lamp (160a) and a photocatalytic reactor (170a) through an air current, a circulating duct (130) guiding the air discharged through the other side of the case to the inlet of the case, a discharge duct (190) connected to the circulating duct to discharge a portion of the air circulating through the circulating duct, a blower (120) installed on either the case or the circulating duct to make the air flow and a damper (191) controlling the opening and shutting degree of the discharge duct.
