PURPOSE: A 2D/3D convertible display is provided to easily realize 2D and 3D in a single display without extra equipment in fields requiring progressed image information. CONSTITUTION: A stereoscopic image display includes an image forming display panel(21), and a lens part including a first transparent substrate(22), a liquid display layer(23) formed on the first transparent substrate in a plurality of lens shapes, and a second transparent substrate(24) formed on the liquid display layer. The liquid display layer refracts a beam emitted from the image forming display panel to form a stereoscopic image and selectively controls refraction rate according to application of external power source.
