PURPOSE: A method for discharging ink and an ink jet print thereof are provided to reduce the consumption of power needed for discharging ink drops and to realize high-resolution printing by controlling uniform volume of ink drops. CONSTITUTION: A method for discharging ink comprises the steps of filling ink in the rear end portion of a nozzle(110) surrounded with a hydrophilic membrane by the capillary force, transferring specific volume of ink drops separated from ink to the outlet of a nozzle by forming electric fields at the front end portion of the nozzle surrounded with a hydrophobic membrane and changing the surface tension of ink, and discharging the ink drops outside through the outlet of the nozzle.
