摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing superprecision jig using closed loop is provided to achieve an active jig having a desired precision by using a closed loop automatic alignment unit with a vision camera. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing superprecision jig using closed loop comprises a video monitor(110) for displaying information delivered by a vision camera; an I/O interface and an alignment algorithm(140); a computer(200) for storing hole numeric data of Gerber data to a PCB panel; an automatic alignment unit(260) for aligning precisely a hole of the PCB panel and a fixing pin of the jig; and a controller table(230) for controlling the computer and the automatic alignment unit. The algorithm receives a position information of the hole of the PCB panel and the fixing pin of the jig, which is delivered from the vision camera, a key pad and the computer, and delivers or regulates the position information to the video monitor.
