PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling a voice output of a vehicle navigation system are provided to improve transmission effect of a voice signal by recomposing the voice signal to output one or more voice signal simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(236) controls the whole system. A memory(239) stores all sorts of information. A key controller(230) controls all kinds of key signals. A main board(227) includes an LCD(Liquid Crystal Digital) controller(233) for controlling TFT(Thin Film Transistor) LCD display as well as the CPU, the memory, and the key controller. The main board is connected to a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)(215), a GPS(Global Positioning System)(218), a CD(Compact Disk) deck(221), and a gyro(224). The main board is connected to a TV module(272) for receiving a TV signal. The TV module receives the TV signal through a TV antenna(275). The main board is connected to a TFT LCD(200) controlled by the LCD controller and a front board(203) controlled by the key controller. The main board is connected to an audio board(242) for processing all sorts of audio signals.
