PURPOSE: A tissue culture method of Pinguicula sp. is provided, thereby mass-producing Pinguicula sp. within a short time, so that the method is useful for flowering industry. CONSTITUTION: The tissue culture method of Pinguicula sp. comprises the steps of: placing and culturing tissue of Pinguicula sp. on a culturing medium containing 3,000 mg/l of hyponex(6.5-6-19), 2,000 mg/l of peptone, 50,000 mg/l of sucrose, 8,000 mg/l of agar and 1.0 mg/l of BA to induce calluses of Pinguicula sp.; and transplanting the calluses of Pinguicula sp. on a growth medium containing 80 mg/l of adenine sulfate, 1.0 mg/l of BA, 50,000 mg/l of sucrose and 8,000 mg/l of agar and having pH 5.0 and culturing them to regenerate shoots of Pinguicula sp., wherein the tissue of Pinguicula sp. is leaf of Pinguicula sp.; and the shoots of Pinguicula sp. are subcultured at intervals of 2 to 3 months.
