PURPOSE: A method and metal mold for manufacturing shoes sole to which various colors, specific weight and functionality is added to, is provided to maintain high efficiency from the point of production and working, and to manufacture shoes midsole having various colors, specific weight and functionality. CONSTITUTION: The metal mold for manufacturing shoes sole includes; a cavity(20a) for forming a shape of shoes sole; and an upper mold and a lower mold(30a) having a liner for injecting resin; wherein the lower mold(30a) has a combined shape comprising a cavity(20a), a second metal mold(20) having a liner, and a base metal mold(30) having a groove(32) to remove the second metal mold(20). The method for manufacturing shoes sole has following processes; to set pre-manufactured cold insert into the prescribed position of the low-temperature metal mold separated from the lower mold of metal mold, to connect the low-temperature metal mold with the lower mold of the high-temperature metal mold, to inject and bridge the resin as a main material, and then to foamed-form the shoes midsole having a cold insert as a one piece.
