FIELD: plastic working of metals, in particular, hot extrusion and cold three-dimensional pressing. ^ SUBSTANCE: grease lubricant contains, wt%: colloidal graphite 18-22; metal filler 6-9; polyorganosiloxane the balance. Colloidal graphite with particle size less than 10 microns and aluminum powder as metal filler are preferably used in grease lubricant. Grease lubricant of such composition provides for explosion- and fire-proof operation and storage, increased ecological purity, heat-resistance and good adhesion with surface to which grease lubricant is applied. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to good wettability and low friction coefficient facilitating improved lubricity of grease lubricant in plastic working of metals, steels and alloys. ^ 3 cl, 4 tbl |
