FIELD: veterinary medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with percutaneously injected water-containing preparations for fighting against parasitic insects with the help of agonists or antagonists of nicotinergic acetylcholine receptors in insects of the following composition: a) agonists or antagonists of nicotinergic acetylcholine receptors in insects at concentration ranged 1-20 weight% against total weight of preparation; b) water at concentration ranged 2.5-15 weight% against total weight of preparation; c) solvent out of alcoholic group or, under certain circumstances substituted pyrrolidones at concentration of 20 weight% as minimum, against total weight of preparation; d) solvents out of the group of cyclic carbonates or lactones at concentration ranged 5-50 weight% against total weight of preparation. The composition of the preparation provides increased solubility of agonists/antagonist nicotinergic acetylcholine receptors in insects. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 7 cl, 16 ex, 5 tbl |
