FIELD: drilling technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is mounted in drilling pipe mated through sub to another drilling pipe provided with filter for washing liquid. Turbogenerator has body with apertures for flow of liquid through hydraulic turbine, support assembly for hydraulic turbine shaft and electromechanical generator as well as washing liquid loss regulator, which liquid passes through hydraulic turbine, and including a saddle with apertures outside the turbogenerator. Apertures of saddle of washing liquid loss regulator are equipped with choke inserts and are provided with watertight plugs in number necessary for covering all apertures. Value of diameter of saddle apertures is greater than value of diameter of filter apertures in drilling pipe.
