FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has handle connected to working part via conductor member. The working part has lift member and borer. The lift member and borer are connected with a blade. The conductor enables the working part to travel in parallel to the longitudinal axis of extremity segment. The lift member and borer are arranged at an angle of 35 relative to the longitudinal axis of the instrument and are club-shaped. Blunt end of the borer is 0.5 cm far from the blunt end of the lift member.
