FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing biologically active preparations from the mammalian bone marrow. Method involves preparing bone marrow cell suspensions, their incubation in nutrient medium, separation of supernatant and the following isolation of the end product. Non-colored medium is used for suspending and incubation of cells and isolation of the end product is carried out by passing the supernatant through biospecific sorbent "Adan" and extraction of adsorbed material with 50-80% ethyl alcohol solution in 0.1% acetic acid an aqueous solution. The composition of the preferable variant of nutrient medium is given.
