FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with perosseous osteosynthesis at treating diseases of patient's hip joint. The method deals with applying needles through ilium's wing, one should apply not less than 4 needles at the rear through the part of ilium's wing between posterior-inferior and posterior-superior spines to the front through anterior semicircumference of ilium's wing. Moreover, the site to insert each needle is determined towards inside against area of fixation of gluteus maximums muscle that prevents the lesion of gluteus muscles at stable fixation of patient's hip joint. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. ^ 4 dwg |
