FIELD: medicine, pharmacy, analytical chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis of drugs. Method for analysis of psoralene involves: analyzed sample is dissolved in dimethylformamide, treated with ferrous (II) sulfate and hydrogen peroxide solutions in phosphate buffer medium followed by measurement of maximal intensity of chemiluminescence of prepared mixture.
